Hi, I'm Cressida
But everyone calls me Cress.
I’m an energy healer, holistic skin alchemist, and the creator of natural skincare brand, SkinGlow Alchemy.
I work with women who are done with the noise and ready to feel genuinely radiant – in their skin, their energy, and their lives.
Long before I was blending face oils and clearing ancestral patterns, I was a woman whose body had completely broken down. Chronic illness, exhaustion, skin that reflected everything I was going through underneath.
That’s what led me here – not a business plan, but a healing journey. Into energy work. Into botanicals. Into the quiet magic of ritual.
Today, I create vibrationally-coded skincare that goes beyond the surface. Every product is infused with reiki, biogeometry, sound healing, and moon-charged crystals – because I believe your skin responds to energy just as much as it responds to ingredients.
I’ve spent over 20 years in wellbeing, and I’ve seen what happens when women stop just treating their skin and start actually connecting with it.

Do I need to be using SkinGlow Alchemy products to attend?
Not at all. This session is for anyone who wants to learn more about supporting their skin naturally and energetically. You can use whatever products you currently have – I’ll show you how to bring more intention and ritual into your existing routine.
What if I’m brand new to energy work and all of this feels a bit ‘out there’?
