Tinkuy is a monthly gathering for women who are craving real, embodied connection – not another thing to 'perform' at.
Just a room, a small group, and the space to arrive exactly as you are.
Each session is guided by whoever's in the room and whatever's alive at the time.
Through simple practices – breathwork, movement, stillness, cacao – we create the conditions for something to land.
There's no fixed agenda. There's no pressure to share. There's just presence.
Two hours in a warm, held space with a small group (15 max).
Cacao shared together. The kind of exhale your nervous system has been asking for.
Embodied practices to help you drop in and reconnect.
A moment where something shifts because the gathering took place. That's the spirit we hold.
Cress has spent 20+ years helping women clear what's blocking them and step into their most aligned expression – a path that began with an autoimmune diagnosis that nearly derailed her life.
What she learned through that healing journey – about energy, the nervous system and vibrational alignment – became the foundation of everything she creates, from her skincare brand SkinGlow Alchemy to her energy healing practice.
Nerida's path started in a similar place: years in fast-paced corporate life, a body that eventually forced her to stop, and a healing journey that became a devotion.
Over the past 16 years she's trained across breathwork, hypnotherapy, sound healing, energetics and coaching – always guided by the belief that every person already holds the blueprint for their own wellbeing.
What makes Tinkuy different is what happens when they hold space together. Cress brings the energetic depth and intuitive reading of what's alive in the room. Nerida brings the somatic and breathwork practices that help you land in your body.
Between them, they create a container that's both grounded and expansive – the kind of space where your nervous system can finally exhale and something real can shift.

"I’ve attended two Tinkuy’s now and I absolutely adored them! As a mama who teaches yoga and also holds space for others, it was so nice to be held in Cress and Nerida’s loving hands. The connection, the ceremonial cacao, the meditation and drumming and journaling were my fave. So heavenly to be part of their magick."
